You will find that most facilities specializing in weddings will have event coordinators or at least, a list of preferred vendors they can recommend. Recommendations can also be obtained from one vendor to another. As a florist in a beach wedding community for 25 years I have worked with almost every other wedding professional in the area and know the best to recommend. In short, a little long distance planning can go a long way towards making your special day all you would like it to be and more!
